WRSA Foundation Returns & Replacement Policy

At the WRSA Foundation, we take great pride in the quality and care that go into every one of our cuddle toys. Each plush animal is lovingly crafted from high-quality materials and supports our mission to uplift rural communities and protect South Africa’s wildlife.

Because the WRSA Foundation is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO), all toy purchases are regarded as donations, and the plush toys you receive are gifts of appreciation for your contribution.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your toy or if it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item with a new one of the same type (subject to availability).

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email us at foundation@wrsa.co.za

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you can either:

    • Drop off or deliver the item to our WRSA Foundation offices, or

    • Request that we arrange a courier collection (courier fees will be charged to the donor).

 

Please note:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or poor-quality items.

  • Because items are gifts linked to donations, refunds cannot be issued.

  • Replacements will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

  • Courier costs for returns or replacements are the responsibility of the donor.
